Credit Recovery Assignments

As per our history department grading policy, any assignment turned in 3 or more days late (unless you have an EXCUSED absence) will receive a grade of ZERO. Credit recovery assignments are used to replace assignments that are still missing or received a failing grade from 0 to 69. These assignments are different than the original assignment, and usually more time consuming, but it gives the student another opportunity to bring up his/her class average if he/she is willing to work for it. A student cannot do more than 3 credit recovery assignments in any one 9 week period. Credit recovery assignments can only be used on daily assignments. They cannot be used to replace zeros/low grades on tests, interactive notebook grades, or major projects. See below for a list of credit recovery assignments available this 9 weeks.
